We are Wenzhou Jinggong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. A brewery needs to clean fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks, and pipes every day. No cleaning leads to bacteria. Cleaning relies on a CIP system. The product holds the cleaning liquid. Our Sanitary CIP tank system includes four tanks. They are an alkali tank, an acid tank, a sanitizer tank, and a hot water tank. We also add a control system. The alkali tank stores alkaline cleaning liquid. The acid tank stores acidic cleaning liquid. The sanitizer tank stores sanitizer. The hot water tank stores hot water. The control system automatically adjusts the concentration and temperature of the cleaning liquids. You just set the program. The system then sends different liquids to the equipment that needs cleaning.
Durable Build and Custom Sizes
Our tanks use SUS304 stainless steel. You can also choose 316L. The capacity of the Sanitary CIP tank system can be from a few hundred liters to several tens of tons. We design based on your space and cleaning needs. The inner surface finish is ≤0.4um. This makes it hard for dirt to stick. We use laser automatic welding. The welds are very smooth. There are no dead corners. The tank top includes a hammer-type safety valve, a vacuum valve, and a rotary spray cleaner. The cone bottom has a DN450 flange. The tank has a temperature sensor port and a manual sterile sampling valve. We follow local environmental rules. We have a Class D, Category I and II pressure vessel manufacturing license. So the safety of our Sanitary CIP tank system is guaranteed. We worked with Carlsberg. They use our product. In China, we also serve Pearl River Beer and Qiandaohu Beer. These customers have high cleaning standards. Our tanks work well for many years.

We do not offer free samples. Custom samples take 15 to 30 days. You can make one sample tank to check the quality. Minimum order is 1 unit. You can mix different colors for the four tanks. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept RMB and USD. Packaging uses fumigation-free wooden cases with plastic film and cloth. Shipping supports FOB and EXW. Warranty is 1 year. If the goods arrive damaged, we send new ones for free. We have a dedicated after-sales team. Before the sale, we ask about your cleaning needs and give you a plan and price.
