The empty volume is more than 40%. We use an internal heater made of 316L stainless steel. We use internal circulation heating. This is low-pressure dynamic boiling. The heating speed is 1 to 1.5 degrees per minute. The boiling intensity is 8%. We design a special shrinking draft tube and an umbrella cover. On top, there is a DN500 quick-opening manhole with a sight glass and a DC24V light. The manhole has an open-cover detection with an indicator light. Cleaning uses a standard spray ball.
Smart Heating And Safety Features
There is a steam outlet pipe on top. The pipe diameter is 600 mm. We add a condensate collector on the pipe. We install a pressure probe to measure the liquid level. We also have an empty level control device and a safety device. The temperature sensor measures from -10°C to 150°C. The inner surface finish is ≤0.6um. Our beer production equipment is non-standard and custom-made. So we do not offer free samples. Custom samples take 15 to 30 days. Minimum order is 1 unit. You can mix different models in one order. Standard payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept RMB and USD. Other currencies are negotiable. We fully follow local environmental rules. We provide a 1-year warranty.
