Strong Stainless Steel Build with Good Insulation
The inner shell of our large brewing equipment is SUS304 stainless steel. We use steam for heating. The heating method is a coil jacket. This jacket can hold 3 bar of pressure. The heating speed is 1 to 1.5 degrees per minute. We use aluminum silicate fiber blankets for insulation. The agitator is at the bottom of the tank. Agitator speed is 28 to 32 rpm. You can adjust the speed. There is a steam outlet pipe on top. The pipe diameter is 450 mm. We add a condensate collector on the pipe. We also install a liquid level pressure probe. This probe shows the liquid level. It also controls the empty level. The temperature sensor can measure from -10°C to 150°C. The inner surface finish is ≤0.6um. There is a DN500 quick-opening manhole with a sight glass on top. There is also a sight glass light using DC24V. The manhole has an open-cover detection function. An indicator light shows the status. Cleaning uses a standard spray ball. The outlet is horn-shaped.
