Automatic Glass Crusher System for Broken Bottles
We are Wenzhou Jinggong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. On a beer packaging line, there are many rejected glass bottles. These bottles are rejected by the EBI machine. They cannot be used again. Throwing them away takes space. Also, broken glass can hurt people. Our Waste glass crushing lifting system turns these bad bottles into glass cullet. Then it stores the cullet. Finally, it loads the cullet into trucks. The whole process is automatic. No one needs to move the broken bottles by hand. The work flow is like this. First, the rejected bottles from the EBI go through a conveyor to a broken bottle storage hopper. There is a photoelectric sensor under the hopper. When it senses bottles, the inclined conveyor motor and crusher motor start automatically. Second, the inclined conveyor lifts the bottles to the crusher inlet. Bottles fall into the crusher. The crusher turns them into glass cullet. Third, the cullet falls into a cullet storage bin. Each bin can hold 1 to 2 cubic meters, about 3,000 to 5,000 bottles.
Smart Controls and Easy Operation
Fourth, when the bin is full, the system sends an alarm signal. An indicator light flashes. The inclined conveyor stops automatically. Workers use a hydraulic truck or forklift to move the bin outside. Fifth, the forklift takes the bin to a cullet collection center. Then the cullet goes through a lifting device to a receiving hopper. A scraper elevator lifts the cullet into a glass storage tank. Each storage tank holds 30 to 50 cubic meters. Sixth, when the storage tank is full, it sends a signal. When a transport truck arrives, an electric jaw valve at the bottom of the tank opens. The cullet falls into the truck by gravity. Then it is shipped out of the factory. Our Waste glass crushing lifting system has technical indicators as follows. Crushing efficiency is at least 25 kg per minute. Lifting efficiency is at least 30 kg per minute. Elevator speed is at least 28 rpm. The final cullet size is between 10x10 mm and 80x80 mm. This size can be adjusted. The glass powder rate is no more than 0.17%. Crusher noise does not exceed 85 decibels. The main motor power does not exceed 2.2 kW.
