You do not need to pump the liquid between pots. The lauter and whirlpool share one tank. The wort comes from the kettle. It filters first, then rests to whirlpool. This design saves the number of tanks. It also saves you money. The mash+boil kettle has a bottom mixer with adjustable speed. Heating can be electric or steam. For small batches, we recommend electric heating. Why? Because an electric kettle does not need a boiler. Your investment is smaller. The lauter+whirlpool tank has a removable filter plate. You can take it out and wash it. This is very convenient. The bottom has a large drain. Waste comes out quickly. The fermenters are cone-bottomed. The cone angle is 70 degrees. This helps yeast settle well. The tank has a cooling jacket. You can connect an external chiller. We can also supply the chiller. The fermenter size matches the brewhouse batch. For example, a 500L brewhouse uses 500L fermenters. You can buy two fermenters first and add more later.
