The term craft brewery system is broad. Our definition is a system with batch sizes from 100 to 1000 liters. It is made for brewpubs, restaurants, hotels, and small workshops. This product does not need a big investment. It does not need a large space. And you do not need a very skilled person to run it. Many of our customers start with this size.

 

Pick Your Vessel Count

 

Our craft brewery system can be a 2-vessel, 3-vessel, or 4-vessel setup. The 2-vessel is the most economic. One pot does mashing and boiling. One tank does lautering and whirlpool. The 3-vessel has a separate lauter tun. This gives clearer wort. The 4-vessel has a mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank. This is the most efficient. You choose based on your budget and quality needs. All materials are SUS304. The inside is polished to 0.6 microns. Welding is done with argon arc. The welds are smooth. Every part that touches the wort is food-grade. You pick the heating method. Electric heating is easy. Just plug it in. Steam heating saves electricity but needs a small boiler. We make both. The price difference is small. The fermenters are 304 stainless steel with cooling jackets. The jackets can use ice water or glycol. The tank top has a safety valve and a vacuum valve. These prevent overpressure or collapsing. The sampling valve is on the cone. You can take beer anytime to check sugar and pH. The fermenter size matches your brewhouse batch. For example, if you buy a 500L brewhouse, we suggest 4 to 6 fermenters of 500L each. This lets you make different beer styles. For control, we provide a button-type control box. It controls pumps, mixer on/off, and temperature display. If you want to upgrade, you can get a touch screen automatic control. The automatic system follows a set temperature curve. It records data for each batch. You can also connect your phone to see it from far away.
