A 2000L brewhouse is a medium-sized system. This scale is for a regional beer factory. Two batches per day give you 4000 liters. With 20 production days per month, that is 80 tons. That is enough for a prefecture-level city market. Our product uses full automation. One person can run the whole brewhouse. Full Automation with Industrial Standards

This 2000L brewhouse includes a mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool tank, hot water tank, glycol tank, and CIP tank. You also get fermenters and bright beer tanks. Each holds 2000 liters. The brewhouse links with the fermentation system. It automatically does mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, cooling, and transfer to fermenters. We give you the control program. You can use a touch screen or a computer. Technical data follows industrial standards. Heating rate is 1-1.5°C per minute. Mash mixer speed is 30 rpm with variable frequency. Lauter tun rake speed is 6 rpm with 11 KW power. The rake lifts hydraulically. Filter plate open area is 10%. Boiling intensity is 8% with a built-in 316L heater. The whirlpool has a tangential inlet and a 2% bottom slope. All tanks have inner roughness ≤0.4μm for fermenters and bright beer tanks, and ≤0.6μm for brewhouse tanks. Material is SUS304. Jackets and coils are also 304. Insulation is aluminum silicate fiber blanket. The top has safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning balls, sight glasses, and pressure and temperature connections. The sampling valve is manual and sterile. The CIP system cleans all tanks and pipes automatically.
