A 5000L brewhouse is at the top end of medium equipment. The next step is large industrial gear. This size is for a regional brewery that already runs well. Two batches per day give you 10,000 liters. With 10 fermenters and a 14-day cycle, you can make about 1,000 tons per month. That is over 10,000 tons per year. This product is built the same way as large industrial systems. We have sold over 50 sets of this model.

Heavy-Duty Build for Consistent Beer

The mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank all follow pressure vessel standards. The inner tank is SUS304. The thickness depends on the tank diameter. This ensures strength and long life. The jackets use corrugated plates plus coils. This gives a large heat exchange area. Heating and cooling are fast. Technical parameters: heating rate is 1-1.5°C per minute. The mixer runs at 30 rpm and can change speed. The lauter tun rake lifts hydraulically. The rake speed is 6 rpm with 11 KW power. The rake tilt angle is ≤15°. The gap between the filter plate and tank bottom is 2-5 cm. The bottom has a cleaning device with at least 40 nozzles. The boiling kettle has 40% empty space above the liquid. It has a built-in 316L heater. Boiling intensity is 8%. There is a condensate collector on the steam pipe. The whirlpool tank has an inverted cone bottom with a waste groove and electric rotating cleaning. Fermenters and bright beer tanks have working pressure of 0.095Mpa and test pressure of 0.12Mpa. The 70° lower cone is pressure-resistant. Empty space is 25% (20% for bright beer tanks). We use laser automatic welding with corrugated plate jackets and cone coils. Inner roughness is ≤0.4μm. The top has safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning balls, and pressure sensor connections.

We provide a complete CIP system, piping system, and control system for this 5000L brewhouse. The CIP tanks include an alkali tank, acid tank, disinfectant tank, and hot water tank. The pipes are sanitary stainless steel. The valves are butterfly, ball, and sampling valves. The control system can fully automate brewing. One person can run it. Our customers include Zhujiang Beer and Qiandaohu Beer. They used our 5000L brewhouse for their expansion projects. Overseas, this model has been sold to Spain, Mexico, and Vietnam.
