Strong Parts and Easy Cleaning

Our product uses full SUS304 stainless steel. The mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank are all separate. Each tank has its own job. This makes work very efficient. The mash tun has a bottom mixer. Its speed is 30 rpm and it can change frequency. The heating uses steam coils that can take 3 bar pressure. The temperature rises 1 to 1.5 degrees per minute. The lauter tun has a hydraulic rake. The rake runs at 6 rpm with 11 KW power. The filter plate is milled with 10% open area. The plate is smooth and bright. You can open part of it to clean. The boiling kettle has a built-in 316L heater. It uses low-pressure dynamic boiling with 8% intensity. It also has a contraction tube and an umbrella cover. The whirlpool tank has a tangential inlet and a 2% bottom slope. It comes with an electric rotating cleaning device. Fermenters and bright beer tanks use corrugated plate jackets plus cone coils. We weld them with laser automatic welding. The working pressure inside the tank is 0.095Mpa. The test pressure is 0.12Mpa. Inner roughness is ≤0.4μm. The top has a safety valve, vacuum valve, cleaning ball, and pressure sensor connection. The bottom has a DN450 flange. The sampling valve is manual and sterile. This whole product is built to last.

You can add a full automatic control system to this 3000L brewhouse. It does automatic feeding, mashing temperature curves, lautering speed, boiling intensity, whirlpool time, and cooling to the fermenter. The control panel uses Siemens or a top Chinese brand. You can see the temperature, pressure, and liquid level of every tank on a computer. You can also check from far away. We have worked with Snow Beer and Yanjing Beer many times. Some of their regional factories use our product. Overseas, we sold this model to Russia, Kazakhstan, and Chile. Customers say it is stable, durable, and has good after-sales service. The smallest order is 1 brewhouse line. The number of fermenters depends on your needs. You can mix different tank sizes. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept RMB and USD.
