That means raw material handling, brewing equipment, fermentation, storage, cleaning, control, and packaging. You can think of it as a total package. We give you design, manufacturing, and delivery. Choose Your Vessel Setup

The heart of a microbrewery system is the brewhouse unit. We pick 2-vessel, 3-vessel, or 4-vessel based on your output. A 2-vessel system has a mash+boil kettle and a lauter+whirlpool tank. This works for 100 to 500 liters. A 3-vessel system has a mash tun, lauter tun, and boil+whirlpool kettle. This works for 500 to 2000 liters. A 4-vessel system has a mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank. This is for 2000 liters and above. The 2-vessel saves the most space. The 4-vessel gives the highest efficiency. The fermentation unit includes fermenters and bright beer tanks. The number depends on your rotation. For example, if you brew one batch per day and each batch ferments for 14 days, you need at least 14 fermenters. We also add a yeast propagation tank. This lets you grow your own yeast and save money. The storage unit includes a glycol tank, hot water tank, and deoxygenated water tank. The cleaning unit is a CIP system. It cleans all tanks and pipes automatically. The control unit uses a PLC and touch screen. It gives full automatic brewing and remote monitoring. The packaging unit: we help you connect to a filler, capper, and labeller. Or we just give you the pipe connections. All tanks follow pressure vessel standards. Material is SUS304 or 316L. Jackets use laser automatic welding. Inner roughness meets food-grade requirements. We give full drawings: process flow, layout, piping single line, electrical diagrams, and operation manuals.

Single Source and Long-Term Support

The smallest order for a microbrewery system is 1 complete system. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. For large systems we can split into 3 or 4 payments. We accept RMB, USD, or EUR (discuss first). No free samples. We can take you to see an existing customer site. Production time is 30 to 90 days based on size. We give a detailed Gantt chart and update weekly. Packaging and shipping follow international standards. Shipment is FOB or EXW. The warranty is 1 year. After delivery, we send an engineer to stay for 1 to 2 weeks until the system runs well. Then we give remote support and regular return visits. We supply spare parts for over 10 years.
