Stainless steel vessels are our most basic product. And we make a lot of them. Tanks, kettles, lauter tubs, bins, silos – if a brewery uses it, we can make it. You do not have to buy a whole system. You can buy just a few tanks. Our automated brewing system line includes many types. But we also sell individual vessels.

Many Types and High Quality

The types of stainless steel vessels we make include fermenters, bright beer tanks, mash tuns, boiling kettles, lauter tuns, whirlpool tanks, hot water tanks, glycol tanks, CIP tanks, yeast storage tanks, wort holding tanks, deoxygenated water tanks, and beer storage tanks. Sizes go from 100 liters to 60,000 liters. Material is SUS304 or 316L. Inner roughness can be as low as 0.4 microns. The outside can be mirror polished or matte. For manufacturing, we use laser automatic welding. We do not use hand welding. Laser welding has a small heat-affected zone. It causes little deformation. The weld is smooth. The tank roundness is good. For jackets, we use corrugated plates or coils. Corrugated plates have a large heat exchange area. They are good for fermenters. Coils are good for small tanks or cone sections. All tanks are insulated. The insulation thickness is 50 to 100 millimeters, depending on the use. The insulation material is aluminum silicate fiber blanket. The outer cover is stainless steel.

Full Attachments and Certifications

The attachments we include are complete. On the top: safety valve, vacuum valve, cleaning ball, sight glass, pressure sensor port, temperature sensor port, and manhole. The manhole can be quick-opening or bolted. On the bottom: outlet port, sampling valve, and drain port. The cone angle is usually 70 to 90 degrees. We also accept custom angles like 60 degrees. For quality control, each tank gets a hydraulic test after it is finished. Fermenters get a 0.12Mpa air pressure test. Welds get penetrant testing or X-ray testing. The inner wall is measured with a roughness meter. The outer wall is measured with a film thickness gauge if painted. We have a dedicated polishing shop. We ensure the inside has a mirror finish. We have supplied stainless steel vessels to many large breweries. Heineken, Budweiser, Carlsbad, Snow, and Yanjing all have our tanks in their factories. They choose us because our tanks are well made, fast to deliver, and fairly priced. One purchasing manager told us that our tank still looked new after five years. The weld was as smooth as the first day. The smallest order is 1 tank. You can buy just one tank. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept RMB and USD. No free samples. Custom sample time is 15 to 30 days. Production takes 30 to 45 days. Large tanks may take 60 days. We send production photos. Packaging: small tanks in wooden boxes, large tanks with naked shipping and protection. Shipment is FOB or EXW. The warranty is 1 year. Free replacement for shipping damage. For after-sales, we have a dedicated person. When you install the tank, we can guide you remotely. If you need parts later, like a safety valve or sampling valve, we have them in stock. You can buy them anytime. Our company started in 1991 making pressure vessels. We have a D-class pressure vessel manufacturing license. So our tanks are made to pressure vessel standards. They are not ordinary water tanks. This is important because beer fermenters hold pressure. A regular tank could fail. Our tanks are safe.
