This lets you mash and boil at the same time. It saves your brewing day. The lauter tun has a rake. It can automatically cut the grain bed. You do not need to do it by hand. The whirlpool tank has a tangential inlet for good settling. All materials are SUS304. The fermenters and bright beer tanks have an inner roughness of ≤0.4μm. They use corrugated plate jackets and cone coil jackets. We use laser automatic welding. The tank working pressure is 0.095Mpa. Test pressure is 0.12Mpa. We add safety valves, vacuum valves, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. You can choose an automatic control system or manual operation. The technical details: heating rate is 1-1.5°C per minute. Mixer speed is 30 rpm with variable frequency. Boiling intensity is 8% with a built-in 316L heater. The lauter tun filter plate is milled with 10% open area. The rake is hydraulic lift with 6 rpm speed and 11KW power. These numbers are the same as large equipment. So the beer from this 500L brewhouse is as good as beer from a big factory.
