The Top End of Small Craft Brewing

 

A 1000L brewhouse is the upper limit of small craft equipment. Beyond this, you go into medium size. This batch size is for a craft brewery that already has a good market. One batch per day gives you 30 tons per month. With more fermenters for rotation, you can reach 60 to 90 tons per month. That can supply multiple sales channels. Many of our customers begin with 100L or 200L and later upgrade to a product.

 

Complete Line with High Efficiency

 

Our 1000L brewhouse is a full brewhouse line. It includes a mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool tank, glycol tank, hot water tank, and CIP tank. You also get fermenters and bright beer tanks. You can choose 4, 6, 8, or more tanks. Each holds 1000 liters. The brewhouse can make 2 to 3 batches per day. If you add a holding tank, the efficiency goes even higher. The mash and boiling kettles use steam heating. They have coil jackets that can take 3 bar pressure. The insulation is aluminum silicate fiber blanket. The mash tun has a bottom mixer at 30 rpm. The lauter tun has a hydraulic lift rake. The filter plate is milled with 10% open area. The boiling kettle has a built-in 316L heater with low-pressure dynamic boiling. It comes with a contraction tube and umbrella cover. The whirlpool tank has a tangential inlet and a cone bottom with a waste groove. The fermenters and bright beer tanks use corrugated plate jackets and cone coils. We use laser welding. Inner roughness is ≤0.4μm. The top has a safety valve, vacuum valve, cleaning ball, pressure sensor, and temperature sensor. The sampling valve is manual and sterile. All parts meet food safety standards.
