All-in-One Brewing Station
The term microbrewery machine sounds a bit technical. But it simply means a combined unit for mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpool. You can think of it as the core of a brewing station. The design idea is compact, efficient, and easy to run. This product is good for people who want to save floor space. Many brewpubs choose it for their first system.
Two Common Setups
Our microbrewery machine comes in two common configurations. One is a 2-vessel unit. It has a mash+boil kettle and a lauter+whirlpool tank. This saves the most space. It works for 100 to 500 liter batches. The other is a 3-vessel unit. It has a mash tun, lauter tun, and boil+whirlpool kettle. This works for 500 to 1500 liters. All tanks sit on a steel frame. The pipes and valves are already connected. You just need to add water, electricity, and steam or gas. The material is SUS304. The tank thickness is 3 to 5 millimeters, depending on the size. The insulation is an aluminum silicate fiber blanket with a stainless steel cover. The mash tun has a bottom mixer. The motor power matches the tank capacity. Heating can be electric or steam. We recommend steam because it heats faster and more evenly. If you have no steam source, electric heating works too. Our electric heating tubes are 316L quality. The lauter tun has a milled filter plate. It is not a punched plate. Milled plates have even openings and a smooth surface. They do not clog easily. The open area is about 10%. You can open part of the filter plate to clean the bottom. The rake is hydraulic lift. It runs at a slow speed of 6 rpm with 11 KW power. This product uses the same parts as big systems.

Proven Performance and Simple Terms
The boiling and whirlpool are combined in one tank. First you boil, then you let it rest to whirlpool. The boiling intensity is 8%. We add a special tube to make the wort circulate well. During whirlpool, the wort enters from the side. Hot solids settle nicely at the bottom. The drain is at the lowest point, so waste comes out clean. We have sold dozens of this microbrewery machine. One customer in Guangzhou has three pubs. Each pub uses a 500L unit. He says the beer is stable and one worker can run it. Another customer in Chengdu uses a 1000L unit. He brews two batches per day to supply his five pubs and some local shops. Before leaving our factory, we test every valve, pump, and gauge. Then we pack and ship. After the product arrives at your site, installation is simple. Place it on a flat floor. Connect water, electricity, and steam. Then connect to your fermenters. You can start brewing. We also send someone to guide you. The smallest order is 1 unit. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept RMB and USD. No free samples. Custom sample time is 15 to 30 days.
