Full Large-Scale Brewhouse Line

Our brewhouse system for this size includes a cereal cooker, mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank. The size of each tank can be made from 5KL to 60KL. The cereal cooker and mash tun use steam heating. The coil jackets can take 3 bar pressure. The heating rate is 1-1.5°C per minute. The mixers are bottom-mounted with 28 to 32 rpm and variable frequency. The lauter tun has a hydraulic rake with power matched to the tank size. The filter plate is milled with 10% open area. Some parts can be opened for cleaning. The boiling kettle has a built-in 316L heater. It uses low-pressure dynamic boiling with 8% intensity. It also has a condensate collector. The whirlpool tank has a tangential inlet and an inverted cone bottom with a waste groove. Fermenters and bright beer tanks use corrugated plate plus coil jackets. We use laser automatic welding. Inner roughness is ≤0.4μm. Working pressure is 0.095Mpa. Test pressure is 0.12Mpa. The top integrates safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning balls, pressure sensors, and temperature sensor connections. The bottom cone flange is DN450 or larger. We also provide yeast propagation systems (Carlsberg flask, seed tank, propagation tank), CIP systems, raw material handling (elevator, mill, mixing equipment), filtration equipment (diatomite filter or membrane filter), pipe systems, and control systems. This complete 5000L-60KL brewery equipment is ready for large-scale production.

Turnkey Projects and Strong Credentials

We also offer turnkey services. We do process design, equipment manufacturing, installation, debugging, and staff training. Many large factories have used our full line projects. For example, we have done work for Heineken in some of their China plants. We have made several lines for Budweiser. We have built multiple bases for Snow Beer. These projects were big and had tight schedules. We delivered on time. All equipment is 100% inspected before leaving the factory. Pressure vessels get a hydraulic test per national standards. Pipes get a pressure test. Welds get non-destructive testing. Control systems get a simulation run test. You can send a third party or your own people to watch the production. The smallest order is one full line. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance. For big projects we can split payments. We accept RMB and USD. Production time is 60 to 120 days based on the size and number of parts. We give a detailed project schedule with weekly updates. Packaging uses fumigation-free wooden boxes and waterproof film. Large parts are sent naked with anti-rust treatment. Shipment is FOB or EXW. CIF can be discussed. The warranty is 1 year. For big projects we station an engineer on site. After-sales service has a dedicated team that responds within 24 hours. We keep a stock of common spare parts.
