The shell jacket uses laser automatic welding. The jacket type is a corrugated plate jacket. The cone part uses a coil jacket. Working pressure inside the tank is 0.095 Mpa. Test pressure is 0.12 Mpa. We design the lower cone to resist 70°C. Empty volume is 25%. The top has an integrated tank roof. It includes a hammer-type safety valve, a vacuum valve, a rotary spray cleaner, and a pressure sensor port. The cone bottom has a DN450 flange. The tank has a temperature sensor thread port and a manual sterile sampling valve. We also add a DN500 insulation cover and a cleaning device. Inner surface roughness is ≤0.4um.
