Sanitary stainless steel tanks are the backbone of any brewery. You need them for fermentation. You need them for storage. You need them for mixing. And you need them for cleaning. How We Build Our Tanks

We use fine processes to build each tank. First, we cut the material with a laser cutter. It gives high precision. Then we roll the plate with a four-roller machine. It gives good roundness. We weld with an automatic welder. The welds are even and smooth. After that, we polish the inside with an automatic polisher. The inner wall roughness can reach 0.4 microns. We have all these machines in our own factory. We do not need outside help. So we control the quality ourselves. Many breweries choose our sanitary stainless steel tanks because we build them well and deliver on time. For example, one of Budweiser's new lines uses more than 20 of our fermentation tanks. Snow Brewery uses 8 of our bright beer tanks. And Qiandao Lake Brewery uses our CIP tanks.

After the tanks arrive, we provide installation guidance. You can install them yourself. Or you can ask our people to help. We also supply spare parts. These include safety valves, vacuum valves, manhole gaskets, and sampling valves. We keep these parts in stock all year. If the tank gets damaged during transport, we send a free replacement.
