Many times they can give a solution just by looking at your space. We have been making all kinds of tanks for over 30 years. We have seen every strange shape. Examples of Custom Work
We have made many products for customers. One customer needed a trapezoidal tank. The top width was 2 meters. The bottom width was 1.5 meters. The height was 3 meters. He wanted to put it in a corner. We made it for him. Another customer needed a tank with a spiral heating tube. The tube went around inside the tank for 8 loops. He used it to heat high-viscosity materials. We made it for him. Another customer needed an elliptical horizontal tank. The long axis was 4 meters. The short axis was 2 meters. He put it on a transport truck. We made it for him. The most interesting one was for a craft brewery. He wanted a "mash-lauter combination tank." One tank could do both mashing and lautering. We designed a double-layer structure. The inner barrel could rotate. We worked on that tank for three months. The customer has used it for over a year and says it works very well.

Pricing and After-Sales
The price of a product is higher than a standard one. The reason is simple. It needs separate design. It may need special molds or tools. And it takes more worker hours. But sometimes you have no choice. Some spaces or functions only work with a non-standard design. After we deliver the vessel, we keep the drawings. If you need spare parts later, we can make them from the drawings. Our welders have more than 10 years of experience. They can weld beautiful seams even on odd shapes. We also do pickling and passivation to keep the inside clean. So feel free to send us your sketch or idea. We will turn it into a real non-standard vessel.
