1. After installation, every piece of equipment must be properly grounded with a dedicated grounding wire.
2. When wiring the heating element terminals, use proper cable lugs to ensure a secure connection.
3. Maintain a safe distance from the grain mill at the moment it is started.
4. When connecting hoses to fittings, ensure the clamp is seated within the fitting's groove to guarantee a tight connection.
5. Regularly inspect clamps at pipe connections; tighten any loose clamps immediately to prevent them from detaching during operation.
6. Frequently inspect the heating element terminals to prevent water leakage, which could create an electric shock hazard.
7. Before using the filtration sight glass/cylinder, inspect the walls for damage; cracks caused by external impact could lead to rupture and liquid spillage.
8. Before starting any pump, verify that pipeline valves are in the correct open or closed position to prevent blockages and excessive system pressure that could burst the hoses.
9. When opening valves, ensure the outlet is not pointed at anyone to avoid spraying mash or hot caustic solution onto personnel.
10. During the boiling process, the operator must constantly monitor the boil to prevent wort from boiling over.
11. When cleaning equipment, never pour caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) into water hotter than 40°C to avoid splashing.
12. When working in a crouched position near fermentation tanks, stand up slowly and carefully to avoid hitting your head on the tank fittings.
13. Before activating the heating system, verify that the liquid level completely covers the heating elements to prevent damage from dry firing.
14. Regularly check the screws on the heating element terminals; tighten them immediately if loose to prevent arcing caused by poor contact, which could create a safety hazard.
15. During operation, check the heating element wiring for overheating; if overheating occurs, immediately cut off the power and replace the wiring assembly.
16. In the event of a sudden power outage, close all pipeline valves and electrical switches to prevent accidental injury caused by the sudden restoration of power.
17. Promptly replace the water pump's mechanical seal if it leaks to prevent alkaline solution or wort from splashing onto personnel.
18. Before cleaning the operating keg, ensure the internal pressure is fully vented before removing the keg spear; this prevents the spear from ejecting due to high internal pressure and endangering personal safety.
